Phil Hanbang Hospital has 70-bed inpatient facilities and is staffed by a team of 11 medical professionals, including 7 Korean medicine doctors, 2 medical doctors, who work together through organic collaboration to diagnose and treat patients based on traditional Korean medicine diagnostic systems and modern medical diagnostic tests such as X-rays.

Phil Hanbang Hospital is composed of a team of specialists, including 1 specialist in Korean rehabilitation medicine, 3 specialists in internal medicine, 2 specialists in acupuncture and moxibustion, and 1 specialist in neurosurgery, all of whom are certified by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as having completed a 4-year residency program and passed the national certification exam for specialists.
